It certainly did not violate any of the policies stated in the note that they sent me. Since - even after repeated requests - the dA censors will not state what policy I violated, I have come to the conclusion that my second version of my Yiffylube PSA art didn't violate any dA policies, but may have been removed out of hatred and loathing for gays. Come on, dA admin; this is 2007, not 1507.
Take a look at the communications below from me to dA censor $realitysquared and his response. Can you think of a legitimate reason for dA to keep this policy document secret - other than that it's contents might discredit their corporation and cause outrage in the art community? Perhaps dA administrators must keep it secret so that they can claim that some unstated policy was violated when they arbitrarily and capriciously remove submissions that violate no published policy but which offend their personal values.

Dear Realitysquared,
I would appreciate it very much if you would provide me with a link so that I could read the 43 page Policy Enforcement Team training manual that you referred to in Myth #4 of your news article
of Feb. 13, 2007 which repeated your news article of 16 Nov. 2004:
[link]
After your 19 Jan. 2007 removal of my Yiffylube Public Service Announcement submission, I carefully studied the policies that you referred me to, recognized the errors that I had made, and corrected them. My new (to the best of my knowledge) dA policy compliant version of my Yiffylube PSA was removed 25 January. None of the policies in the note that was sent to me at that time had been violated in this second version. As per the instructions, I filed a help desk request for policy clarification. When I received no response, I filed a second help desk policy clarification request. I have received no response to either request.
I value my dA membership, and hence wish to avoid policy violations. In order to do this, I quite obviously need to know what those policies are.
If you would please tell me what policy was violated with my second Yiffylube PSA, I would appreciate that very much; it is remarkably difficult to avoid violating unknown policies.
I believe that your 43 page Policy Enforcement Team training manual would also be very helpful in enabling me to avoid another inadvertant dA policy violation. Please provide me with a link to this document. I presume that this document is not secret; secrecy of these policies would inherently defeat their purpose.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Sincerely,
Foxystallion
